<br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
<br />ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE
<br />STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD
<br />
<br />No. 2258
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the. City of Santa Aha did, on the 28th
<br />day of April, 1950, pass Resolution of Intention No. 2189, for the improvement of
<br />portions of Main Street, Cypress Avenue, Orange Avenue, Maple Street, Measor
<br />Street, Halladay Street, Evergreen Street, St. Andrewts Place, St. Gertrude's
<br />place, Delhi Road, Flora Street, Central Avenue, Adams Street, Emmett Street,
<br />Goetz Avenue~ Dyer Road, Anahurst Place and certain rights of way, and a.certain
<br />parcel of City p~operty; and whereas, on the 51st day of October, 1950, the
<br />Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due
<br />for the work performed and specified in the contract made under proceedings for
<br />the said improvement, which assessment diagramwas approved by the City Council of
<br />said City on the 8th day of October, 1950.

<br /> AND, WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice as
<br />required by law, in which notice November 17, 1930, at the hour of V:50 c%lock
<br />P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City
<br />as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be
<br />heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the City Council a written
<br />objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for
<br />hearing protests or objections the City Council of said City proceeded to hear the
<br />same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done
<br />having been heard, it is hereby;

<br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that all of the
<br />said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said
<br />proceedings be, and the same are hereby overruled and denied and the assessment
<br />be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to
<br />attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and
<br />shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets.

<br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
<br />passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting of said
<br />City Council held on the l?th day of November, 1930, by the following stated vote:
