Reference is hereby made to the map of said Assessment District, approved by said City Council and on file in the office of the Clerk of said City Council, which indicates by a boundary line the extent of the territory to be included in said propose~ Assessmen$~District, and which said map shall govern for all details as to'the extent thereof. That under an order of the Railroad Commission of the State of California dated April 7, l~0, seven and one-half (~) percent of the total costs and expenses of said improvement is to be paid by the Atc~son, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company, a Corporation, and Two and one-half (2~) percent of the total costs and expenses of said improvement is to be paid by the Southern Pacific Company, a Corporation; and said percentages of the total cost and expense of said improvement shall be first deducted from the total cost of said improvements, and the balance assessed against the lands lying within the Assessment District as hereinbefore described, for which bonds will be issued as hereinafter set forth. Section 3. That in the Judgment of said City Council varying benefits to be derived by the different parcels of land lying within said District so require, and that therefore said Assessment District shall be divided into two separate zones, designated "Eo~e A", and "Zone B". Each of said zones as proposed is plainly shown upon the map of said Assessment District on file in the office of the Clerk of this City Council, to which said map reference is hereby made as to the boundaries thereof, and all details concerning said zones.
