BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Eleven Hundred Sixty-eight and 9/100 Dollars ($1168.09). That said bonds shall be ten 1930, and bear said bonds, SERIES (10) in number and shall be dated December interest ~t the rate of six percent per annum, and the denomination of and the date of respective maturity thereof shall be as follows: BOND NO. AMOUNT DATE OF MATURITY M-4 i $ 116.80 July 2nd, 1932 M-4 2 116.81 193S M-A 3 116.81 1934 M-4 4 116.81 1935 M-4 5 116.81 1936 M-4 6 116.81 1937 M-4 7 116.81 1938 M-4 8 116.81 1939 M-4 9 116.81 1940 M-4 10 116.81 1941 The first coupon of interest shall be for interest from November 25, 1930, to January 2nd, 1932, and the several coupons thereafter shall each be for the semi- annual interest; and BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be a lithographed or printed signature in place of a signature by hand; and BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated, to the Contractor, Daniel Dakovich, in satisfaction of the balance due upon the assessment and diagram. I hereby certify that the-foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 15th day of December, 1930, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES, TRUSTEES: NOES, TRUSTEES: ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, F.L.Purinton.
