RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS i~D SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> NO. 2267 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work to be done <br />and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana upon a portion of Flower <br />Street between Santa Clara Avenue and North Park Boulevard, all as prepared by <br />the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 189, for the <br />improvement of the above described street, and submitted this 15th day of <br />December, 1~30, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and <br />specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at a regular meeting he~d on the 15th day of December, 1930, by <br />the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, B.O.Sutton, <br />Stanley E.
