RESOLVED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS: That no cause has been sho~m why bonds should <br />not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby <br />overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said <br />bonds; and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: That bonds shall be issued upon the security <br />of said unpaid assessments to said amount of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred <br />Nineteen and 37/100 Dollars (~16,519.3V). <br /> <br />That said bonds shall be twenty (20) in number and shall be dated <br />December 29, 1930, and bear interest at the rate of six percent per annUm, and the <br /> <br /> said bonds, and the date of respective maturity thereof shall be <br /> <br />denomination of <br />as follows: <br />SERIES BOND NO.
