IN THE MATTER OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 4, OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANAe <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF AWARD <br /> <br />NO. 2~91 <br /> <br /> WHP_~EAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did in open session, at a <br />regular meeting thereof on the 16th day of February, 1931, publicly open, examine and <br />declare all sealed bids for Acquisition and Improvement Bonds, designated "Series GG" <br />In Acquisition and Improvement District No. 4 of the City of Santa Aha, in the total <br />sum of Thirty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-five and 99/100 Dollars <br />ordered issued by Resolution No. 2288 of the City of Santa Aha, which bonds are dated <br />February 2, 1931, and being numbered one to forty inclusive, and bearing interest at t~ <br />rate of 6 1/4 percent per annum, payable semi-annually, and being in the respective <br />amounts set forth in said notice inviting bids. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the said City Council hereby rejects all of said bids, except <br />the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the said bonds to the highest bidder, <br />to-wit: REDFIELD VAN EVERA AND CO. Ltd. for the amount named~in its bid as follows, <br />to-wit: Par value thereof and accrued interest from the date of the bonds to date of <br />delivery, together with a premium of $$1.00. Said bonds to bear interest at the rate <br />of 8 1/4 percent per annum, payable semi-annually. <br /> <br /> That the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby directed to deliver said <br />bo~ds to the purchaser hereinbefore named, upon payment by said purchaser of the amount <br />named in its bid, and for which said bonds are awarded as aforesaid, in cash lawful <br />~ne$ of the United States, which money shall be paid to the Treasurer of the City of <br />Santa Aha, who ~hall place the same in a special fund, designating such fund by the <br />name of Acquisition and Improvement District No. ~ Fund, to defray the expenses of the <br />acquisitions in said matter. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a full, true and correct <br />copy of Resolution of Award No. 2291, duly introduced and regularly passed by the City <br />Coumcil of the City of Santa ~ua at a regular meeting thereof held on the ~6th day <br />of February, 1931, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: W.J.Kelly, Stanley E.
