RESOLUTION NO. 2594 RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF CITY PROPERTY. BE IT RESOEVED by the Council of the City of Sauta Ana: That this City sell to Elmer B. Cubbon, that certain real property belonging to this City and situate in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to-wit: Lot Four (4) of ~Tract No. 488", as shown on a Nap recorded in Book 1V, page 4 of Miscellaneous Naps, records of Orange County, California. Excepting therefrom the following: (a) The Westerly 50 feet of said Lot Four (4). (b) The Easterly 100 feet of the Southerly 65 feet of said Lot Four (4). (c) The Southerly 35 feet of that portion of said lot not hereinabove excepted. Reserving an essement over the Northerly 12 feet of said Lot Four (4), except the West 30 feet thereof, to be used for widening First Street. Reserving the right-of~way to construct, maintain, use, repair, replace and enlarge a ditch, culvert, conduit or pipe line on the South 30 feet of the North 42 feet of the West 160 feet of said Lot Four (4), excepting the West 30 feet thereof. Reserving a right-of-way 5 feet in width for an existing 14 inch sewer line, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot Four (4), "Tract No. 488" 46 feet West from the North-east corner thereof; running thence Southerly to a point in the South line of said Lot Four (4) 39 feet West from the South-east corner of said Lot Four (4), "Tract No. 488", together with the right of ingress and egress to maintain, repair, replace or enlarge said sewer line over a strip of land 20 feet in width, being l0 feet on each side of said center line. and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said property to Elmer B. Cubbon, upon receipt by the City of the sum of Nineteen Hundred Dollars ($1900.00), as the full purchase and sale price thereof.
