RESOLUTION NO. 2599 RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2485 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, dated the 5th day of October, 1936, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare that the following curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painte~ green and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twenty (20) minutes, as provided in Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No.. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be painted as above described, on the following curbs, to-wit: FOURTH STB~.'FT On the North side between Birch St. and Broadway, located as follows: The Easterly 10.V5 ft. of the Westerly 34.V5 ft. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing twenty minute parking zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVF~ that pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1030, the follow- ing curbs along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow, as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the City painted Yellow, as follows, Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be to-wit: FOURTH STREET On the North side between Birch St. and Broadway, The Easterly 10.V5 ft. of the Westerly 34.75 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the regular meeting held on the 17th day of October, 1938. located as follows: ft.
