RESOLUTION NO. 2875 RESOAUTION ACCEPTING D~S THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: THAT this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aha, does hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property set forth immediately following their names, as follows: Milton R. Foster and HaXe T. Barker Lot 14, Block B, of Assessors Map No. 22 Nona Franklin A portion of the Easterly 38.17 feet of Lot 11 of the "Blodgett and Billings Addition to Santa Aha", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 22, page 64 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, together with a portion of Lots N and 0 of the "Dresser Tract", as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, page 83 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, bounded and described as a whole as follows: 2eginning at a point in the Easterly line of a certain 12 foot alley conveyed to the City of Santa Aha by deed recorded in Book 254, page 294 of Deeds, records of Orange County, California, which point is 178 feet North of the intersection of the East line of said alley with the Northerly line of Washington Avenue, and running thence Easterly parailel with the northerly line of said Washington Avenue 155 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said alley, 100 feet more or less to the Easterly extension of the Southerly llne of Block 5 of the French Street Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 45 of Miscelleneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Westerly along said Southerly line of Block 5 and the Easterly and Westerly extensions thereof to the Easterly line of the 12 foot alley above mentioned; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said alley 100 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
