RESOEUTION NO. 2672

<br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
<br />
<br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City
<br />sell to E. E. Wild and Retta Wild, that certain real property belonging to this
<br />City, and described as being in the City of Santa Aua, Orange County, California,
<br />and particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br /> Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1V, 18, 46, 50, 61, 62, 63, 65,
<br /> 74, 76, 77, 79, 83, 93, 9?, 100, 118, 123, 128, 129,
<br /> 130, 131, 132, 138 and 142 of Tract No. 557 Southw6stern
<br /> Addition, as shown on a Map recorded in Boos 18, page 25
<br /> of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
<br />
<br /> Also,Lot "C" of Tract No. 642, as shown on a Map recorded in Boos
<br /> 25, page 19 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
<br /> Cal ilo rn ia,
<br />
<br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute
<br />a deed to said property to E. E. Wild and Retta Wild, upon receipt by the City
<br />of the sum of Eight Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($800.00) as the full purchase
<br />and sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said
<br />property free of delinquent taxes.

<br /> PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at
<br />its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1939.
