<br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX Dk~nED LOTS
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
<br />
<br />That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell
<br />
<br />to Home Owners' Construction Corporation, that certain real property belonging to
<br />
<br />this City, and described as being in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County,
<br />
<br />California, and particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />Lots 5 and 12 in Block 5, Tract No. 517
<br />Lots 19 and 20 in Block 6, Tract No. 517
<br />Lots 7, 8, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 18
<br /> in Block V, Tract No. 517
<br />Lot 8, Block 8, Tract No. 517
<br />Lots 5 and 12, Block "L", Tract No. 289
<br />Lots 11 and 12, Block "M", Tract No. 289
<br />Lots 2, 3, 5, 7,'9 and 11, Blocs "N", Tract No. 289
<br />Lot 10, Block "0", Tract No. 289
<br />Lots 5 and 8, Block "P"z Tract No. 289
<br />Lots 5 and 10, Rlock "Q", Tract No. 289
<br />
<br />and the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed
<br />
<br />to said property to Home Owners' Construction Corporation upon receipt by the
<br />
<br />City of the stun of Fifteen Hundred and no/lO0 Dollars ($1500.00) as the full
<br />
<br />purchase and sale price thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title
<br />
<br />to said property free of delinquent taxes.
<br />
<br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, at
<br />
<br />its regular meeting held on the 7th day of August, 1939.
