49( Council of the City of Santa Aha for the said abandonment, by Resolution No. 2813 on the 17th day of June, 19~0e That the public work ordered ~ud the improvement to be Made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning that portion of Sixth Street as hereinbefore described, and for that reason no district, property or properties shall be chargeable therewith.
