..~ESOLUTION ~0.,2844 REBOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY. BE IT RESOLVED, by ~he Council of the City of Santa Ana: That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do., that this City sell to W. E. Dunn that certain real property belonging ~o this City, and described as being in the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, California, and particularly described ae follows: Lots Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-tt~.ee (23) in Block Lots' Nine (9~, Ten (10), Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19) in Block #J#, Lots Nine (9), Ten (10),' Eleven (11) and Twelve (1~) in Block #I#, all of Tract No. and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby au th~rized to execute a deed to said property to W. E. Dunn upon receipt' by the City of the sum of Four Hundred and no/lO0 Dollare ($400.00) as full purchase and sale price %hereof, and upon this 6ity being abl~ to furnish title to said property free of delinquent taxes.
