I{ESOLUTION NO. ~.845 ~EBOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY. BE IT BESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell to I~. E. Dunn that certain real property belor~ir~ ~o this City, and described as being in the City of Santa Aha, O~ange County, California, and particularly described as follows: Lots Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18), Thirty-six (~S), Thirty-seven (~7) Forty-four (4.4),. Forty-five (4§), Forty-six (46), Forty-seven (47)and forty-eight (48), all in Bl'ock #I" of Tract No. 8.~1 and that the Mayor hnd City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed to said property to W. E. Dunn upon receipt by the City of the sum of Three Hundred Thirty and no/lO0 Dollars ($330.00) as full purchase and sale price thereof, and upon this Oity beir~ able to furnish title to said property ~ree of delinquent ts~tee.
