RESOLUTION N,0. 2863 RESOLUTION AMENDING LEASE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' SANTA A~A:~ ~FHEREAS, under date of March 28, 1940, the City of Santa Ana, a Municip~ Corporation, leased ts the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, a certain piece or parcel of land situated in said City, upon which i~ to be erected a CoUnty Fair Building, and that WHEREAS, said leas~ was dul~ executed by and between said City and said County, and that on page 4 thereof, line 18, of said original lease, the Thirty- second District Agricultural Associatio~ wis erroneously termed and named "Thirty- second Agricultural District of the State of California"; NOW, THEREF0~E, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that said lease be amended and that' said words: "Thirty-second Agricultural District of the State of California" be and the s~me are hereby stricken and in place and stead thereof t~e words inserted "Thirty-second District Agricultural Association". Be it further resolved that in all other respects said lease remain unchanged and unmodified, their PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at special meeting held on the 25th day of November, 1940.
