RESOLUTION .N.0. 2871 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DRE~S <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS <br /> <br /> That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, does <br />hereby accept those certain deeds from the following named persons to the property <br />set forth immediately following their names, as follows: <br /> <br /> Emma Dtckenson and G.R.Dickenson <br /> Lot Eleven (ll) in Block "A" of Tract No. 252 <br /> <br />Susie ~.a.~r .Thompson <br />Lot Ten (10) in Block "E" of Tract No. 252 <br />J.E.Williams and Mabel'Li Williams <br />~'t Eight (8) in Block "0" of Tract ~No. 289 <br /> <br />Alois Mendlik <br />Lot Eight (8) in Block "D" of South Santa Ana <br /> <br />Thomas W. Oglesby, Jr., et ux <br />Lot One (1) Block 1, Hillyard Addition <br /> <br />Tide Water Associated Oil Company~ a Delaware corporation <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter <br />(SE~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW~) of Section Fifteen (15), <br />Township Five South (5S), Range Ten West (~OW), S.B.B.&.M.; <br />thence South along the Wes~ boundary line of the property <br />of the City of Santa Ana, 1320 feet, more or less, to the <br />Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter (SE¼) of the <br />Southwest quarter (SW~) of Section Fifteen (l§); thence <br />continuing South along the West line of the Northeast quarter <br /> (NE~) of the Northwest quarter (NW~) of Section Twenty-two <br /> (22), Township Five South (5S), Range Ten West (lOW), S~B,B,~.M., <br />a distance of 960 feet, mo~o~ less, to an intersection with <br />the Westerly boundary line of the Newbert Protection District <br />right-of-way easement for the Sauta Ana River; thence Northeasterly <br />along said Westerly boundary line of the said Newbert Protection <br />District easement t~ an intersection with the North line of the <br />Southeast quarter (SE~) of the Southwes~t quartgr (~W¼) of said <br />Section Fifteen (15); thence West in a direct line to the <br />beginning, containing 15 acres.
