D~"S THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That this Council, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Aua, does hereby accept those certstn deeds frc~ the following named persons to the propert'~ set forth immediately following their nsmes, as follows: Fanny Brody Lots Seven (V) and Eight (8) in Block Eighteen (18) of Tract No. 352 Edith Terry Lots Nine (9) and Ten (lC) in Block Eighteen (18) of Tract No. 352 E. M. Burnham Campbell Lot Three (3) in Block Sixteen (16) of the Pacific Electric Subdivision of the Ross Tract David Salcedo That portion of the North half (N~) of the South half (S½) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of the Southeast quarter (SE~) of Section 24, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&.M., in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point 133 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; running thence North 138~ feet; thence West 50 feet; thence South 138t, feet; thence East 50 feet to the place of beginning. Together with a right of w ay for ingress and egress over a strip of land 60 feet wide abutting said premises on the North and extending East to Main Street.
