ING ~HE CANCk~.T.ATION 0F <br /> TAXES ON CITY OWNED PROPEETY <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> That the taxes levied on behalf of the City off Santa Ana, together with all <br />penalties and costs, if any attached thereto, and as hereinafter particularly itemized <br />a~e hereby directed to be cancelled by the officer in charge of the records of such <br />taxes in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Statutes of 1925, and the City Clerk is <br />hereby directed to I~ile a pe21tion with the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br />Orange requesting an order cancelling all taxes levied against said propertye <br /> <br /> The said taxes and the property upon which the same are assessed, are <br />itemized as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (V) in Block Eighteen (18) of T~act No. 352 <br />Lot Eight (8) in Block Eighteen (18) of Tract No. 352 <br /> <br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Eighteen (18) of Tract No. 352 <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Eighteen (18) of Tract No. 352 <br /> <br />Lot Three (3) in Block Sixteen (16) of the Pacific <br />Electric Subdivision of the Ross Tract <br /> <br />That portion of the North half (N~ of <br />South half (S~) of the Southeast quarter (SE~) <br />of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Section 24, <br />Township 5 South, Range lOWest, S.B.B.&.M., in <br />the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point 133 feet West of the Southeast <br />comer thereof; running thence North 138~ feet; thence <br />West 50 feet; thence South138~ feet; thence East 50 feet <br />to the place of beginning. <br /> Together with a right of way for ingress and egress <br />over a strip of land 60 feet wide abutting said premises on <br />the North and extending East to Main Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by t he City Council at a regular meeting held on the 18th <br />day of March, 1940. <br /> <br />Fred Ce Rowland <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
