RESOLUTION NO. 2V85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOTS <br /> <br /> BE IT R~SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ~{E CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City s ell to <br />J. B. Tucker that certain real property belonging to this City, and described as being <br />in the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, and particularly described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Lots Four, Five, Seven, Eight, Nine and Ten of Tract No. 753 <br /> and Lots One, Twenty-two and Twenty-four of Block Twenty-three <br /> of Tract No. 352 <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to e~xecute a deed <br />to said property to J. E. Tucker upon receipt by the City of the sum of Twelve Hundred <br />Twenty-five and no/lO0 Dollars (!~1~225.O0) as the full purchase and sale price thereof, <br />and upon this City being able to furnish titlo to said property free of delinquent taxes <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COL~NCIL of the City of Santa Ana~ at its <br />regular meeting held c~ ~he !Sth day of April, 1940. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
