RESOLUTION NO. 2V91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTIiO[',I~kNG Ai~D DIRECTI~G THE CITY <br />CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE I~,:PR0~E~,~NT <br />OF PORTIONS OF EAST SIXTH STREET AND FRUIT STREET <br />IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CAL!FO~iIA, AND FIXING <br />PREVAILING WAGE RATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY Ti~ CITY COUNCIL OF T~KE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise as <br />required bylaw for the receipt of sealed bids on proposals f or ~e doing of the work <br />specified in those certain plans and specifications adopted this 15th day of April~ <br />1940, by this City Cozmcil for the i~rovement of portions of East Sixth Street and <br />Fruit Street in the City of Santa Aha, wl~ch said advertisement shall be substsntially <br />in the following words and figures, to-wit: <br /> <br />NOTICE INVITING SEALED PROPOSALS <br /> <br /> In pursuanCe'of a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana, Orange County, California, adopted directing this notice~ NOTICE IS !TEREBY GIVEN <br />that the said Board of Trustees will receive at the office of the City Clerk in the <br />City Hall of the City of Santa ~ua, on or before the bout of 9:00 o'clock P.~.
