RESOLUTION N0o 2?92 <br /> <br />RES0LUTION.,,,FOR SALE OF TAN DEEDED LOTS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: <br /> <br /> That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this City sell <br />to Edith L. Maroon that certain real property belonging to this City, and described <br />as being in the City of Santa Aha, 0rauge County, California, and particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lots Five (5), Eight (8), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16) <br /> a~d Seventeen (1V) in Block "B" of Tract No. 6~8 - <br /> reserving therefrom an easement for street purposes <br /> over the West seven feet (V ft.) of Lots Five, Eight, <br /> <br /> Fifteen, Sixteen and Seventeen in Block "B" of Tract No. 658 - <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a <br />deed to said property to Edith L. Maroon upon receipt by the City of the sum of <br />Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($500.00) as the full purchase and sale price <br />thereof, and upon this City being able to furnish title to said property free of <br />delinquent taxes. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br />regular meeting held on the 6th day of May, 1940. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> E.
