RESOLUTION N0. 2793 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF TAX DEEDED LOT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha: <br /> <br />That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, that this Citysell to <br /> <br />Mike Z. Sekeris that certain real property belonging to this ~City, and described as <br /> <br />being in the City of Santa Ana, 0rauge County, California, and particularly described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the North line of <br />West Fifth Street, with the Westerly line of Western <br />Avenue, and running thence Westerly along the North <br />line of West Fifth Street, 140 feet; thence Northerly <br />parallel with the center line of North Artesia Street <br />125 feet; thence Easterly, parallel with the North <br />line of West Fifth Street, 138.85 feet more or less <br />to the West line of Western Avenue; thence Southerly <br />along said West line of Western Avenue, 125 feet to the <br />point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the Westerly <br />90 feet, <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed <br /> <br />to said property to Mi~ Z.
