RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. <br /> W-5Og-Eng.-~S4? FOR EXPANSION OF SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br /> PLANT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO%~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That as a member of the Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer District and as a <br />signatory to the contract thereof, the City of Santa Ana does hereby authorize <br />direct the execution of that certain contract between the City of Santa Aha and the <br />United States of America numbered No. W-509-Eng.-5347 by the City of Santa Aha as the <br />conf~ractln~ Eity described in said agreements, and <br /> <br /> ~E fit ~RT~,ER E~S[I~$ED that the Mayor of the City of Santa Aha is <br /> <br /> hereby muth~r'%zed to execute said contract on behalf of said contracting city, <br /> and the City Clerk thereof is hereby authorized and directed to attest her <br /> signature thereto.
