BESOLUTION NO. 3Z37 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREE- <br />MENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX <br />ALLOCATED FoR STATE HIGHWAY~ ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department <br />of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum <br />of agreement in accordance with a project statement submitted by <br />the City for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the 1945-45 <br />biennium allocated for State highways in the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement <br />in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Oity Oouncil of the City <br />of Santa Ana that said agreement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas <br />tax allocated for State highways be and the same is hereby approved <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are ~irected to sign the same on behalf <br />of said City. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this lath day of June, 1943. <br /> <br />City Clerk of the y of Santa Ans. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and <br />regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at a <br />regular meeting thereof held June 14th, 1943, Oy the .following vote: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: Dale G. <br /> <br /> Otto R.
