RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: <br />That, pursuant to Resolution of Intention so to do, this <br />City sell to OarXos ~ote and Edubi~es $e~o, husband and wife, as Joint ~enan~e <br />that certain real property belonging to this City, and described <br />as being in the City of Santa Aaa, Orange County, California, and <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block "E", Emetts Addition <br /> <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute a deed to said property to <br /> <br /> Carlos 80~o and Edubl.tee So~o. husband and wife. as _toin~ ~enan~s, <br /> <br />upon receipt by the City of the sum of Sixty and ne/lO0 dollars <br /> <br />..
