3. The Oi%y will resume control and maintenance over <br /> each of the relocated or reconstructed city streets on w~ltten <br /> notice to the City Engineer from the State th~ the work herein <br /> provided for on such city street has been completed, except <br /> as to any portion thereof which is adc~oted by the State as a <br /> part of the freeway proper. <br /> <br /> 4. It is mutually agreed herein between parties hereto <br />that the freeway improvement as herein contemplated and as <br />shown on attached plan map Exhibit #A# for the portion thereof <br />lying between Roe Drive and Main Street shall modify, supersede <br />and cancel the proposed plan of the freeway improvement between <br />Roe Drive and Main Street, as shown on Exhibit #B' attached to <br />that certain freeway agreement dated June 9, 1941 between t~e <br />parties hereto. <br /> <br /> 5.
