RESOLUTION NO. ~ L ~ 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ¢ONCERNIN~ PARXING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTANA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3169 of the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, adopted on the 7th day of December, <br />1942, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br />State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled WAn Ordinance. Regu- <br />lating the Use of Public Highways Within said City#, adopted <br />April 6, 1936, the City Council did declare that the following <br />curb along the public highways in the City of Santa Ana shall <br />be paint®~ Yellow as provided in ~ubdivlsion ~h" of Section ~ <br /> <br />of said Ordinance No. 1030, <br />directed to cause the curb <br />the following curb, to--wit: <br /> <br /> and the City Engineer was thereby <br /> <br />to be painted as above described on <br /> <br /> EAST THIRD ~TREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Main and Bush Streets, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Westerly l~ feet of the Easterly 74.5 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate that certain loading zone as above described. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing <br />loading zone is hereby'eliminated, and the City Engineer is <br />hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed <br />Or covered, <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, by Resolution No~ <br /> <br />of the City of ~anta Ana, adopted on the <br />1~, pursuant to the provisions <br /> <br /> 3167 of the City CoUncil <br /> <br />2nd day of November, <br />of the Vehicle Code of the State <br /> <br /> <br />
