of California, and pursuant to the provisions of said Ordinance <br />No. 1030, the City Council did declare that the following curb <br />along the public highways in ~the City cf Santa Ana shall be <br />painted Red ae provided in Subdivision Ne" of Section 9 of said <br />Ordinanne Nc. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed <br />to, cause said curb to be painted as above described on the <br />following curb, to-wit.' <br /> <br /> FAST THIP~D STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Main Street and Bush Street, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The Easterly ?0 feet. <br /> <br /> AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon <br />and eliminate a portion of that certain no parking zone as above <br />de scribed. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Easterly 56 <br />feet of the foregoing no parking zone is hereby eliminated, and <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said <br />curb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to <br />the provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb <br />along the public highways in the 0ity of Santa Aha shall be <br />painted Red, as provided in Subdivision "e" of Section 9 of said <br />Ordinance No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed te <br />cause said curb to be painted Red, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> EAST THIRD ST~W~.T <br /> <br /> On the North side between Main Street and Bush Street, <br /> located as follows; <br /> <br /> The Easterly ?l feet. <br /> <br /> PA$~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Santa Ana, a~ its regular meeting held on the ~ ~ ~day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Cl'' <br /> <br /> <br />
