WHEREAS, accompanying said application in letter form to <br />the Board of Trustees, dated~-~ /Y~ , 1946, <br /> there <br /> is <br /> submitted <br /> <br />a Drawing No. 2649-0 Blueprint~ designating the location of the said <br />crossing and other facilities above described; and that <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha is a party signatory to certain <br />agreements covering the ownership~ maintenance and operation of a <br />sewage disposal plant and facilities, which is owned by the Cities <br />cf Santa Aha, Anaheim, Orange and Fullerton, and the Sanitary <br />Districts of Garden Grove, Placentla, Buena Park and La Hsbra, <br />the latter being successor in interest to the City of La Habre, <br />and as such signatory party, the City of Santa Ane is named as the <br />contracting ~ity for the purpose of executing agreements, le~ses <br />and other documents on behalf of said owners who are parties <br />signatory to said contract; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana as such contracting City is the <br />owner of the fee title to that certain real property upon which and <br />across which the above described pipe line, bridge backstay and <br />anchorage are to be located; and that <br /> <br /> WHEEEAS, it is deemed advisable by this Board, and it is deemed <br />to be to the best interests of the parties signatory to said agree- <br />ments, that said permit so applied for be granted, if constructed at <br />the location and in the manner set forth in said drawing therewith <br />submitted, provided that at any time in the future it is the desire <br />of the City of Santa Aha, its successors in interest, or assigns, to <br />require the removal, alteration or change either in the location or <br />design of said pipe line crossing, said cable bridge backstay or <br />buried concrete anchorage, or all of them, that the total expense <br />for such removal, alteration or change should be borne by said oil <br />Company, in orde~ to meet the needed requirements then existent. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT EESOLVED AND ORDerED, that Wilshire Oil <br /> Company, a corporation, be and it is hereby granted ~ permit to <br /> construct, repair and maintain a six inch oil pipe line, a single <br /> <br /> <br />
