cable bridge backstay and a buried concrete anchorage, upon and across the Joint outfall sewer ~ pr0pe~ty at the points indicated above herein, and to be constructed in the manner indicated on Blueprint drawing No. 2849-0 filed with said application, provided that this permit is granted upon the condition thst should in the futura the needs or desires of the City of Santa Ana, or the said parties signatory to those certain agreements hereinabove referred to, be such as to require the removal, alteration or change of the location or design ~f construction; then, in that event, said permitee shall comply with all of the requirements then requested or desired st sole cost of permitee, and provided further that should said permitee fail, refuse or neglect to meet the requirements needed or desired by the City of Santa Ans, or the parties signatory to those certain agree- ments hereinabove referred to, within a reasonable length of time, then the City of Santa Aha, its successors in interest or assigns or agents may enter upon and remove, alter or change said pipelines, single cable bridge backstay, or said buried concrete anchorage, or all of them, and thereupon said Wilshire 0il Company shall reimburse the City of Santa Aha, its successors in interest or assigns, for the cost thereof. BE IT FURTHEH HESOL¥~ AND ORDERED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent in duplicate to the Wilshire oil Company, ~ Inc., 1§00 Foster Road, Norwslk, California, to the attention of H. P. Meserole; and that thereupon said Wilshire Oil Company, Inc., shall signify its scceptance in writing upon one of said certified copies of this Resolution and return the same to the office of the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ans.
