furnish a certificate that he carries compensation insurance cover- <br />ing his employees upon work to be done under contract which may be <br />entered into between him and the said City for the construction of <br />said work. <br /> <br /> No bid will be accepted from a contractor who is not <br />licensed in accordance with the provisions of the Contractors <br />License Act, or to whom a proposal form has not been issued by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br /> The work is to be done in accordance with the profiles, <br />plans and specifications of the City of Santa Aha on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer, Room 201, of the City Hall of Santa <br />Aha, California. Copies of the plans and specifications will be <br />furnished upon application to the City Engineer for which a deposit <br />of ten (10) dollars will be required.
