quire the vacation of said street at the present time or under the <br /> <br />present conditions. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana finds <br />and determines and hereby orders that the following described portions <br />of a certain street in the City of Santa Ana, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 10, Record <br /> of S-~vey 3-7; thence easterly along the south line of <br /> Lots 10 to 20 inclusive and an extension thereof to a <br /> point in the west line of Bristol Street, 630 feet south <br /> of the center line of Seventeenth Street; thence southerly <br /> along the west line of Bristol Street 30 feet; thence <br /> westerly 30 feet distant from and parallel to the south <br /> line of Lots l0 to 20 inclusive and an easterly extension <br /> thereof to 2015.42 feet to a point; thence northerly along <br /> the southerly extended west line of the said lot 10, 30 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Being all of that 30 feet in width right of way through <br /> the property of the Junior College site, <br /> should not, in the furtherance of public interest and convenience, be <br /> vacated or closed, and the proceedings herein taken for the proposed <br /> vacation of said street, be and the same are hereby terminated. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the <br /> ~ ., 19~6o <br /> <br />/~2~ day of <br /> <br />MAYOR PRO-TEM <br /> <br />ATTEST :~ <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
