RESOLUTION NO. 3462 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALLING AN ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE UNINCORPORATED TERRI- TORY KNOWN AS "SOUTHEAST SANTA ANA", FOR THE PURPOSE 0F SUBMITTING TO THE QUALI- FIED ELECTORS THEREOP, THE QUESTION, WHETHER SUCH TERRITORY SHALL BE ANNEXED TO, INCORPORATED IN AND MADE A PART 0F THE CITY OF SM TA ANA: APPOINTING ELECTION OF- FICERS AND DESIGNATING A POLLING PLACE FOR SAID ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE UNINCORPOR- ATED TERRITORY KNOWN AS "S0UT~I~AST SANTA ANA", ON TUESDAY, THE 2§~nDAY 0P JUNE , 1946, AND PROVIDING FOR THE OPENING AND CLOSING 0F THE pOLr~ AIID THE COMPENSATION OF ELECTION 0FFIOERS. W~i~%EAS,~ the City Council of the City of Santa Aha has heretofore adopted Resolution No. 3442 , being a resolution of intention to call a special election in that certain unincorpor- ated territory located in the County of Orange, State of California and more particularly described as follows, to-with Begir~uing at the Northeasterly co~ner of Tract No. 284, Chanticleer Manor, as per map thereof recorded in Book 14, pages I and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, said point being on the Westerly extension of the Northerly line of Tract~No. 560, McFadden Home Tract No. 4, as per map thereof re- corded in Book 19, pages i and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, said point being also on the East bcn~ndary line of the City of Santa Aha; thence Easterly along said Westerly extension and said Northerly line of Tract No. 560 to the Northeasterly corner of said Tract No. 560, said Northeast corner being a point on the Westerly line of Tract No. 696, Central Manufacturing District, Section No. l, as per map thereof recorded in Book 20, pa~es 45 and 46 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County; thence continuing Easterly alom~ the Easterly extension of said Northerly line of Tract No. 560 to a point which is 125 feet East of the East line of Standard Avenue, as said Avenue is shown on said Tract Nee 698; thence South parallel to and distant feet from the East line of said Standard Avenue to the South line of said Tract Nee 696, being a point in Delhi Road; thence West along the South line of said Tract No. 696 and its Westerly extension to the Northeast corner of Rw,~-tt,s Addition to South Santa Aha, as per map. thereof recorded in Book 8, page 1~ of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, being an angle point in the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha; thence West along the North line of said Emm~tt~s Addition, being along the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha to a point in the Southerly ~xte~sion of the East line of Tract No. 6~8, Furman Tract o. ±, as per map thereof recorded in Book 1~, page 17 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, being
