~n angle point in the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha; thence North along tl~e East line of said Tract Noe 638 and the East line of said Tract No. ~-8~, being also along the boundary line of the City of Santa Aha to the Northeasterly corner of said Tract No. ~.84, being the point of beginning~ and situated in the County of Orange, State of California. for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors in the above described territory, the question, whether such territory shall be annexed to, incorporated in and made a part of such municipal corporation;, that said Resolution duly adopted as aforesaid, did specifically describe the boundaries of the territory so proposed to be at,hexed to the City of Santa Aha, which boundaries are here- tofore described, and further said Resolution designated such ter- ritory as "Southeast Santa Ana", which name such territory may be referred to and indicated upon the ballots to be used at the election hereinafter referred to; and WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 344~ , aforesaid, contained a notice of the day, hour and place when and where any person owning real property within such territory above described and proposed to be annexed, and having any objections to the proposed annexation, might appear before the legislative body and show cause why such territory should not be so annexed. Such hearing was duly and regulam- ly set for the 1st day of April, 19~6, at the hour of 7:30 o~clock P. M. of said day, at the Council Chambers of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, located in the City Hall in said City; and WH~tEAS, the City Council has found and determ/ned that protests against said p~oposed annexation have not been made by the owner or owners of a majority of the separate parcels of property within the territory proposed to be annexed and heretofore described, and all protests thereto WroTe by the City Council duly and regularly over-~ulede
