Thence continuing easterly along said extended center line a distance of 35 feet to a point; thence northerly, parallel to and distant 160 feet from the east line of Standard Avenue, a distauce of 135 feet to a point; thence westerly parallel to the said center line of St. Andrews Place 35 feet to a point in the boundary line of the City of,Santa Ana; thence Southerly along the Easterly boundary line of the City of Santa Ana 1~5 feet to the point of beginning.
