RESOLUTION NO. 3784 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, INC., a Corporation, has pre- <br />sented to the City CounciI of Santa Ann, e grant deed dated June 9, <br /> <br />1948, conveying an easement for all The uses and purposes of a pub- <br />lic street, in, on, over and across the real property situate in,he <br /> <br />City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, and descri- <br /> <br />bed as follows: <br /> <br />That portion of the F. W. Koll Allotment in the partition <br />of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha, bounded and described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Westerly line <br />of Main Street, es described in deed recorded in Book 787 <br />at page 402, of Official Records, in the office of the <br />County Recorder of said Orange County, with the Northerly <br />line of Tract ~o. 289, ss per map of said tract recorded <br />in Book 14, ~t page 8, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of <br />said Orange County; and running thence morth 89°, 25' 15" <br />West, along said Northerly line of Tract No. 289, 547.93 <br />feet to the Easterly line of Broadway, 80 feet wide, as <br />described in the deed to the City of Santa Ann, dated Jan- <br />uary 27, 1940, and recorded in Book 1034, at page llS, of <br />0fficial~ecords, in the office of the County Recorder of <br />said Orange County; thence North 0° 32' 20" East, along <br />said Easterly line of Broadway, 40.00 feet; thence South <br />89° 25' 15" East, parallel with said Northerly line of <br />~ract No. 289, 5~7.93 ~eet to sa~d Westerly line of Main <br />Street; thence South 09 32' 20" West, along said Westerly <br />line of Main Street, 40.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> NOW, <br />accepts the <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ann <br /> <br />deed of said easement in over and upon the real property <br /> <br />hereinabove described.
