RESOLUTION N0..374~ RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES WHEREAS, SEARS, ROEBUCK A~ CO., a New York corporation, has presented to the City Council of Santa Aha a grant deed dated Decem- bet 14, 1948, conveying an easement for all the uses and purposes of a public street in, over, along and upon and across that real pro- party situated in the City of Santa Aha, O?unty of Orange, State California, and ~escribed as follows: That portion of the F. W. Koll Allotment in the parti- tion of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Northerly line of Tract Mo. 289 as shown on the map of said tract, recorded in Book 14 at page 8 of ~iscellaneous Maps, re- cords of said Orange County, with the Easterly line of Broadway, 80 feet wide as described in the Deed to the Cit~ of Santa Aha, dated January 27, 1940, and recorded in ~ook 1034 at page ll5 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence ~ortherly along said Easterly line of Broadway, 40 feet, thence South, 89° 25' 15" East parallel with and distant 40 feet Northerly from said Northerly line of Tract No. 289, 200 feet; thence South along a line parallel with said Easterly line of Broadway, 40 feet to the Northerly line of said Tract No. 289; thence Northerly, 89° 25' 15" West along said Northerly line of Tract Mo. 289, 200 feet to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Aha accepts the deed of said easement in over and upon the real property hereinabove described. The City 01erk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
