Beginning at a point in the center line of Main Street, distant along said center line North O0° 45' 00" East, ~55.61 feet from the intersection of said center line with the center line of Edgewood Eoad, as said in- tersection is shown on map of Tract No. 139, recorded in Book ll, at page 36, of Miscellaneous Ma~s, records of said Orange County; thence running North 89° 15' 00" West, 498.~ feet to angle point in State Highway right-of-way line. The side lines of said 60 foot strip shall be lengthened or shortened as required to intersect with the State High- way right-of-way line. That the 3rd day of July, 1950, at the hour of 2:00 P.M. on said day in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, at Third and Main Streets in the 0ity of Santa ~na is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment of a portion of a certain unim- proved street right-of-way across land belonging to the City of Senta Ana known as the Nisson Property as hereinabove described. That the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha is hereby ordered and directed to post conspicuously along the lines of that portion of a certain unimproved street right-of-way across land belonging to the City of Santa Aha known as the Nisson Property, herein proposed to be vacated, notices stating the passage of this Resolution of intention to vacate and stating the time and place of hearing herein fixed, which said notices shall be posted not less than 15 days prior to the time of hearing herein fixed, and shall not be more than 300 feet apart and at least three of such notices shall be posted along the line of a portion of the said unimproved street right-of-way proposed hereby to be abandoned.
