RESOLUTION NO. 3959 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIJG THE CITY OF S-~.NTA AMA AS COETRACTII;G CITY FOR TIdE JOINT OUTFALL SEV,~ER, TO CUTE AGREEI¥iEi~ V~ITH T~ COUNTY OF ORANGE INVOLVING USE OF SANTA AN~_ ARI~Y AIR BASE SE~¢fERAGE SYSTEM t~tEREAS, the various members, partie~ signatory to the joint agreements governing operation of the sewerage system known as Orange County Joint Outfall Sewer, have by Resolution, author- ized the 0ity of Oanta Ann as contracting City, to execute that certain agreement herein referred to; NOW, Tt~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby directed and authorized on behalf of the City of Santa Ann, to execute that certain agreement ef~eO~ive November ~, 19~9 between the County of Orange and the City of Santa Ana, regulating the right of the County of Orange to empty sewage gathered by the sewerage system of the Santa Ann Army Air Oase and now operated by said County by an Interim Lease Agreement with the United States Government into the lines of the Joint 0utfall Sewer.
