RESOLUTION NO. 3960 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 0RD~G THAT HOUSING EXPEDITER BE FURNISHED <br />A COPT OF RESOLUTION NO. 3934 TOGETHER WITH RECORD OF <br />PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br /> WtfH2qEAS, on May 15, 1950 the City Council of the City of <br />Cants ~na ~dopted Resolution Number 393~ declaring that there no <br />longer exists in the 0ity of Cants Aha, such a shortage of rental <br />housing acco~nodations as to require rent control in said City; and <br /> <br /> ~'~EREAS, the 0ity Council is of the present view that rents <br />in the City of ~nta ina should be decontrolled; <br /> <br /> NO~, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Clerk be and <br />she is hereby directed to forward to Tighe ~7ood, Housing Expediter, <br />Washington, D.
