RESOLIITION NO. 3982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING SUPERVISION OF CERTAIN POSITIONS <br />OF EMPLOYMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in reorganization of the City government to comply <br />with recommendations made by Griffenhagen and Associates, it is <br />found necessary to transfer service of certain employees and classi- <br />fication of employment from one Department to another; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the position of Stock <br />Clerk now under the Street Department be removed from that Department <br />and placed under the City Garage for supervision, direction and <br />control. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the personnel rendering Janitor <br />and maintenance service in the City Hall now classified as Miscel- <br />laneous Employees under the supervision of the Purchasing Agent, <br />be removed from such supervision and placed under the supervision <br />of the Park Department. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTRER RESOLVED: That these recommendations shall ta~e <br />effect on and after September 1st, 1950. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Ann at its <br /> <br />August, 1950. <br /> <br />ATTEST~c~~ <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 21st day of <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that i am the City Clerk of <br />the City of Santa aha, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ann; that the forsgoing Resolution was regularly <br />introduced and read to the said Council at its regula~ meeting <br />held on the 21st day of August, 1950 and was at said meeting regu- <br />larly passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: Cou~tney R.
