RESOLUTION NO. 3983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF THE <br />CASA DE SANTA ANA HOUSING UNIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Griffenhagen and Associates have made certain recom- <br />mendations regarding the manner in which the Housing Unit belonging <br />to the City of Santa Aha, located on Eighth Street in said City and <br />generally known as Casa de Santa ~na is administered and serviced, <br />and it is the desire of the City Oouncil to comply with said recom- <br />mendations; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That on and after the 1st <br />day of September, 1950 all service for the maintenance of the build- <br />ings and grounds of that City property ~nown as Casa de Santa <br />shall be furnished by the Park Department of the City of Santa Aha <br />and the person now performing such service shall be under the super- <br />vision of the Park Superintendent; that all applications for occu- <br />pancy shall be filed with the Park Department in the City Hall or <br />elsewhere as the Park Superintendent may designate. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLED: That on and after the first day of <br />September all payments of rent shall be made to the Pa~k Supe~in~en- <br />dent~ in the City Hall. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURT~ RESOLVED: That on the 31st day of August, 1950 <br />at 12 o'clock P.M. the position o~ classification of employment <br />designated as "Resident Manager - Housing Unit" as created by Reso- <br />lution Numb'er 3666 is hereby abolished and said Resolution No. 3666 <br />is hereby amended to delete said classification and the salary range <br />specified therefor. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br /> <br />Aha at its <br /> <br />August, 1950. <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 21st day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~% <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> 7. <br /> AYOR <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
