RESOLUTION NO. 3985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING PAYMENT OF RENTS FOR <br />SANTA ANA <br /> <br />CASA DE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That from and after the let day of Sep- <br />tember, 1950, all rents for the privilege of occupancy of any <br />unit in the Casa de Santa Ann Housing 0nit shall be due and pay- <br /> <br />able in advance; <br /> <br /> PROVIDED H0~VER, that <br />eolleetion of rent shall have <br /> <br />the City Employee charged with the <br />the right to extend credit to tenants <br /> <br />to and including the 10th day of any month for any reason which <br />he believes to be good and sufficient, presented to him in writing <br />and filed in his office.
