RESOLUTION NO. S999 RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO VACATE A PORTION OF FRENCH STREET AND FIXING TINE AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR 0B- JECTING TO SAID VACATION WHEREAS, the City Council after study, concluded that a pot- tion of French Street should be abandoned on the ground that it is unnecessary for present or prospective street purposes; and W~EAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted by Resolu- a tion,/certain map for filing in the City Clerk's office, graphically showing the parcel herein referred to; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa hereby declares i~s intention to proceed with the abandonment and vacation of said portion of French Street; That said City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon that portion of French Street hereinbelow described and as shown on and in accordance with an official map thereof, adopted by Resolution Number 3998 on file in the office of the City Clerk of said 0ity and reference is hereby made to said map for further par- ticulars; That the portion of said street herein proposed to be vacated lies in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, and is described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Westerly line of French Street with the Northerly line of Resu~division Nob ~ill Tract recorded in Book 6, Page 3, Misc. Maps of Orange County, ~tate of California; thence South 89o-27,-00- East along said Northerly line ~7.$$' to a point in said Northerly line; th?ncc South 0o-23'-30 West 0.08 feet to the beginning of a curve,thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly tangent to the last described course and having a radius of 50.00 feet through an angle of 48°-34'-07" an arc distance of 42.38 feet to the begin- ning of a tangent; thence South 48o-57,-37" West 8.14 feet to the beginning of a curve; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly tangent to the last described course and having a radius of 102.66 feet through an angle of 27°-35'-12" an arc dis- tance of 49.43 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence South- westerly along the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 20.00 feet through an angle of 32o-42,-39- an arc distance of 11.42 feet go a point in the Westerly line of French Street; thence North 0v-20'-30" East along the Westerly line of French Street 92.28 feet to the Point of Beginning.
