All bearings given are based on the Northerly line of Resub <br /> of ~ob hill Tract being South 89°-27' East as recorded in Bk. 6, <br /> 3, Nisc. ~aps of Orange County, State of California. <br /> <br /> That the 2nd day of _ November , 1950, at the hour of <br /> day <br />I: OOP.N. on said/in the Council Chambers in the City Hall,.at Third <br /> <br /> and Nain Streets in the City of Santa Aha is hereby fixed as the <br /> $ime and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to <br /> the proposed vacation and abandonment of a portio~ of French Street <br /> as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares its intention to proceed <br />with this vacation of street right-of-way under the provisions of <br />Part 3, Division 9, the Streets and Highways Code which said Act is <br />known as the Street Vacation Act of 1941. <br /> <br /> That the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha is <br />hereby ordered and directed to post conspicuously along the lines <br />of that portion of French Street, herein proposed to be vacated, <br />notices stating the passage of this Resolution of Intention to Vacate <br />and stating the time and place of hearing herein fixed, which said <br />notices shall be posted not less than 15 days prior to the time of <br />hearing herein fixed, and shall not be more than 300 feet apart and <br />at least three of such notices shall be posted along the line of <br />said portion of French Street proposed hereby to be abandoned. <br /> <br /> PASSED ANDADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd <br />day of October , 1950. <br /> <br />Pg. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY CLERK <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />
