RESOLUTION NO. 4015 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED W~E~EAS, GEORGE D. GREGG and KATHRYN M. GREGG, husband and wife, have presented to the City 0ouno~l of Santa Ann, California, a grant deed dated October 17, 1950 conveying easement in that certain real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: An easement for all purposes of a public street over, through and across the following described property: The South 25 feet of that portion of Lot 1 of the Sepulveda Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book 31, page 197 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Begimming at a point in the East line of Section 15, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., distant thereon 660 feet South from the Northeast corner of said Sec- tion; thence South 0° 17' West 518.30 feet to a point which is 156.70 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 1 of the Seputveda Tract; thence Westerly 176.03 feet to a point which is 153.50 feet North of the South line of said Lot 1; thence South 153.50 feet to a point in the South line of said Lot 1 which is 176 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence along said South line of Lot 1, North 89° 52' West 802 feet; thence North 662.85 feet; thence East to and along the South line of land sold by E. M. Cole to Joka Hassheider, 982 feet to the point of beginning. SUB~ECT TO taxes for the fiscal year 1950-1951. NOW, T~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accepts said deed an~ the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED ANDADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of November, 1950. ATTEST
