BE IT F~THER RESOLVED, that the estLmated cost of preparing such plans is Five thousand three hundred twenty six and 91/leO Dollars ($5,326.91) a~d that Local Agency has made provision for paying one-half or more of the cost of preparing such plans: 6. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the purposes of this application, Ruby E. Bush, Purchasing Agent, 103 City Hall, Santa Ana, Calif. be and she hereby is designated as b he authorized agent of Local Agency and is hereby authorized and directed to sign the above mentioned application o~ behalf of the Local Agency and submit the same to the Director and/or Poetwar P~blic Works Review board together with a certified state~ent of the estimated cost of preparing such plans ~nd such other information as may be required; ~nd s~id authorized agent if further authorized and directed as the representative of Local Agency to Conduct all negotiations and conclude all arrange- ments, including submission to the Director of Finance of applications for reimburse- ment, which may be necessary to secure rei,ubursement for the State.s share of the expenditures made in preparing said co~leted plans.
