RESOLUTION NO. $0~2 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRANTING EASE~ENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, HOWARD RYANand MARY RYAN, husband and wife, have <br />presented to the City of Santa Aha, California, a grant deed dated <br />December 19, 1950 conveyihg an easement for street purposes over <br />the Southerly five feet of the real property in the County of <br />Orange, ~tate of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly five feet of Lots Nine and Ten and the East- <br /> erly one-half of Lot Eight in Block "Kw of "Rose Addition <br /> to Santa Aha" as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, page <br /> 53~, Records of Los Angeles Oounty, California <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT EESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described.
