RESOLUTION NO. 4033 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED GRANTING AN EASEME~ <br />FOR SEWER PURPOSES <br /> <br /> WM~EAS, J. E. PRENTICE has offered to the City of SantaAna, <br />California, a deed dated December 21st, 1950 granting an easement <br />for sewer purposes in and across that certain real property in the <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> A strip of land of sufficient width to construct <br />and maintain a sewer line and appurtenances across the <br />westerly 295-1/2 feet of Block "A" of the Stafford and <br />Tustin Tract, recorded in Miscellaneous Records, Book 2, <br />Page 618, Records of Los angeles County. <br /> The center line of the said strip of land is more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the center line <br />of Chestnut Avenue with the center line of Lyon Street, <br />and running thence easterly along the easterly extended <br />center line of Chestnut Street 328.56 feet, more or <br />less, to the we~t line of Maybury Street. <br /> Excepting therefrom that portion included in Lyon <br />Street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br /> <br />accepts said deed and the property hereinabove described· The City <br /> <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ann is hereby instructed to cause said deed <br /> <br />to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California· <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ann at its <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> <br /> regular meeting held on the 21st day of <br /> <br />, 1950 . <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />(sz. t) <br /> <br /> I, ERMA KEELER, do hereby certify that I am the City Clerk of <br />the City of Santa Ann, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ann; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly <br />introduced and read to the said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 21 day of _Decembe~ , 19 ~0 , and was at said meeting <br />regularly passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote, <br />to wit' <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: Courtney R.
