129 <br /> <br /> For the Water Works Bonded Indebtedness Fund.19½ cents on <br /> each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the City Hall Bonded Indebtedness Fund .02½ cents on <br /> <br /> each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the Fire Department Bonded Indebtedness Fund .01½ cents <br /> <br /> on each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the School House Bonded Indebtedness Fund .01.½ cents on <br /> each $100.00 of the taxable property of said City. <br /> <br /> For providing music, parks, and advertising .03 cents on <br /> <br /> each 9100.00 of the taxable property of said City. <br /> <br /> For the Sewer Fund .05 cents on each $100.00 of the taxable <br />property of said City. <br /> <br /> Section B. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmita <br />certified copy of this Ordinance to the County Auditor of Orange <br />County, which said County Auditor shall then compute and enter in <br />a separate colmmn in the Assessment Book to be headed "City Tax" <br />of Santa Aha" the respective sums in dollars and cents to be paid <br />as the municipal or city tax on the property therein enumerated, <br />using the rate or levy so fixed by said municipal Board and the <br />assessed value as found in such assessment book, such taxes so lev- <br />ied to be collected at the same time and in the same manner as state <br />and county taxes and to be paid to the City Treasurer of tho City <br />o£ Santa Ana, less the amount provided by law for collecting the same. <br /> <br /> Section 8. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance to be <br />published once in the "~vening Blade" a newspaper printed, published <br />and generally circulated in said City, and thereupon add thereafter <br />it shall take effect and be in force. <br /> <br /> The above Ordinance passed and adopted this 6th day of <br /> <br />Sept. 19lB, by the following vote to-wit:- <br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhee, Maryatt, Visel. <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br />Absent, Trustee Greenleaf. <br /> <br /> A.J.
